The Power of Christ

I have recently come to love Owl City's song "In Christ Alone."  Whenever I listen to it, the simplicity of the lyrics invite the spirit. One verse contains the fundamental principles of the gospel of Jesus Christ:
There in the ground His body lay
light of the world by darkness slain
then bursting forth in glorious day
up from the grave he rose again.

This is the miracle that all of Christianity is based on. I love Joseph Smith's testimony: “The fundamental principles of our religion are the testimony of the Apostles and Prophets, concerning Jesus Christ, that He died, was buried, and rose again the third day, and ascended into heaven; and all other things which pertain to our religion are only appendages to it” (Joseph Smith; emphasis added).

I have a testimony of Christ. I believe that He conquered death and hell, and that He "is mighty to save" (2 Nephi 31:19). This means everything to me.
