Personal Constitution: Faith

My personal constitution is a collection of statements about what I want to become. These are attributes that I will work on developing throughout my life, and they guide me in my decision making.
I am a woman of faith. I have no fear, but have learned to trust completely in my Savior and my God. I pray fervently and with confidence, believing that my questions will be answered and that I will be drawn closer to my Heavenly Father by asking. I seek to know the trust of Christ's gospel (Alma 5:46); however, I also recognize the importance of the Lord's timing (D&C 64:32) and that I may need to walk a few steps into the darkness first. I continually support my faith through diligent scripture study and church attendance, and I improve my faith through willing sacrifice. I look forward to the day when I can reach toward the Savior, and He will say, "Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole" (Matthew 9:22).
